Spammers are scum. No doubt about it. But when a spammer can figure out how to get a 30% return by doing highly targeted marketing (especially when most spam is doing well just to get 1%) then there might just be something we could all learn from him.

A spammer who we’ll just call “Ed” has written a book about his experiences and, though he admits that he is “going to hell” for his actions, he at least is on his way to leaving the self proclaimed moniker of “basically what people hate about the Internet” behind.
